Becoming a Member
Q. How much does it cost to become a RaceTracker member?
A. Nothing. Racetracker is totally free of charge.
Q. How do I become a RaceTracker member?
A. Simply complete the form on the Join page. A temporary login password will be emailed to you right away. You can change it once you login for the first time.
Q. I'm part of a club. How do I join as a club member?
A. If your tri or running club is on our list of racetracker partners you can join as part of your club. Check the join page for a list of current clubs.
If your club is not yet a Racetracker partner and would like to come on board, please use the form available on the Join page to send your club info to us. There are several features of Racetracker that are available only to club members.
If you already joined as an individual and your club IS a Racetracker partner, let us know via email and we will adjust your Racetracker profile for you.
Q. Is there a duathlon component to RaceRracker?
A. Yes! A duathlon section has been added.
Q. Are you an official results keeper for any races or race series?
A. No, we aren't. To find your results you should check the website of the particular race you are looking for, or check with Sportstats for most Canadian race results.
Q. Is there any way to automate the entry of race results into RaceTracker?
A. Since each race series seems to post results in slightly different formats, there is no easy way to automate this function. Entering your own results into the Racetracker forms is quite easy, however, and of course only needs to be done once for each race.
Q. How do I track my training sessions?
A. Anyone who joins as part of a triathlon or other athletic club can access our Training Calendar. The calendar is incredibly easy to use, powerful, and links back to your race results too.
Members who join on their own do not have access to the calendar.
Q. My temporary password isn't working, what should I do?
A. Make sure you type in your password exactly as it is in the email you received from RaceTracker. Passwords are case-sensitive. Also, make sure you are using the email address you signed up with as your username.

Q. How can I change my password?
A. Go to the My Profile page and click the link underneath your profile information. You'll be prompted for your current password before being allowed to make changes.
